A: A Company in our platform represents a brand. Each company has its own onboarding, brand voice, products, and content strategy.

A Social Set is the group of all connected social media profiles for that brand — for example, a Facebook page, an Instagram account, a LinkedIn page, etc. It allows you to manage one profile per platform under each Company.

At the moment, bulk import by CSV is not yet available, but it’s on our roadmap and planned for a future update.
