Is there a written support material that could be made available to Tier 10? That could be repurposed under my brand.
For Tier 10 could there be white-label support for my clients as add-on? Add-on that is separate from AppSumo LTD.

We're still working on expanding the documentation and plan to upload more resources soon.
As for client support: if you're offering Followr under your brand, you're responsible for supporting your own clients. We do not provide direct support to your end users. You're free to repurpose our help docs under your brand if needed.
