Q: Urgent: White-Labeling, Subscription Visibility, and Missing Features
I’m very disappointed with the current state of the platform. Why is it still not fully white-labeled? This was a key expectation and it is not acceptable. What happened to messages and comments? They appear to be missing or not working properly.
I also do not understand why we now have to pay separate subscriptions for API access and the new Studio. I was already forced to pay for a subscription just to access AI avatars, yet subscription details and Followr branding are still visible to my clients.
If clients need more credits or anything else, they are directed to buy from Followr, which defeats the purpose of a white-labeled solution. As an AppSumo customer, I expected the deal’s promises to be honored. Please step in, explain what is happening, and provide a proper solution as soon as possible.
Best regards, Please reply urgently.

May 2, 2026A: Hi,
Thanks for your message. I understand your frustration, and I’m sorry for the experience you're having. Let me clarify what’s going on and help you get this resolved quickly.
First, regarding white-labeling: we’ve actually made significant progress here. We’ve added CNAME support and more customization options to move closer to a fully white-labeled experience. That said, I understand it may still not meet your expectations. I’d really appreciate if you can point me to the exact areas where you feel it’s falling short, so we can prioritize improvements accordingly.
Also, regarding Followr branding being visible: I’m not entirely sure where you’re currently seeing it. We’ve been actively removing it across the platform, including social media integrations, the Help Center (which is no longer mandatory) and more. That said, I’ll personally review this because the goal is clearly for it not to appear to your clients at all. I do understand your concern, and you’re right to call it out. We’ll keep pushing toward even deeper customization and full white-label control.
About messages and comments: these didn’t disappear randomly. What likely happened is that your account was switched into Studio mode, which changes how certain features are displayed and managed. In your case, you should be operating with a full account setup, not limited by Studio. We’re actually working on offering Studio access within full accounts, but right now there seems to be a mismatch affecting your experience.
Regarding subscriptions (API, Studio, avatars, etc.): we are in the middle of rolling out new products and capabilities, and I agree that there’s currently some misalignment in how access and subscriptions are handled. However, based on your AppSumo deal, you should not be losing core functionality or being forced into fragmented access like this.
Also, you’re absolutely right about clients being redirected to purchase credits or upgrades from Followr that goes against the purpose of a white-label solution, and we need to correct that in your setup.
Let’s handle this properly and fast.
Please email me directly at [email protected], and I’ll personally review your account, fix the configuration, and make sure you get what you’re supposed to have.
Again, apologies — we’re pushing a lot of new releases, and clearly some things didn’t behave as expected here. I’ll take care of it.
In your case, since you added Studio to your deal, the idea is that you should be able to access everything within the same account, with credits included as well.
We’re working toward fully integrated product accounts—potentially offering this more broadly via AppSumo—but you already have that setup. So there’s clearly an error here that we need to fix.
Hi Marcos,
Thank you for your response. I have sent you an email directly with the full details and the issues I am still experiencing.
Please review it, as this is very important and urgent for me.
Best regards,
