When it say it creates X images a month, do variations of the same image (different sizes for different platforms) count as one image or one image for each platform?

So if I create an image and then need one that goes on Insta and another Tiktok and another LinkedIn, but they’re all slightly different sizes to be optimized for the various platforms, is that one image or three images?
