Q: Whitelabel Setting Issue
I have been trying to figure out how to fix an issue I have with the white label setting. And I have sent an email to support@followr.help as well few days ago to get some help but I still have yet to hear from your team. What I am trying to do is to generate the CNAME so I can add it to my DNS but it keeps saying 'Failed to update domain'.
I have another domain that I tried and it worked so I am not sure what is the issue. I have also put my domain offline and back on just to see if it will reset the connection and I have also log in and out of the Followr site and it is giving me the same problem.
I am not sure if the issue is with Followr of with my current setup, but I just want to get some help from your team so I can move forward.

Aug 11, 2025A: We’ve been updating the domain servers recently, so it’s possible this is related.
Could you please email me directly at hello@followr.ai or marcos.d@followr.ai with the exact way you’re configuring your domain (including the CNAME settings you’ve tried)? That way I can review your setup and see if I spot anything right away.
We’ll get this sorted for you as quickly as possible.
