Q: Why don't you have a community for your users?

One of the best strategies of building a loyal fan base is by building a community for your users. I can't seem to find one. Do you have one? A FB group? Slack? Discord? Anything? It can help counter negative energy because satisfied users would have a place to congregate and answer questions honestly. What say you? đŸ€” I'm tired of seeing the same 5 people complain about this or that and no one is coming to defend the positives. Give the satisfied and outlet to make your SaaS shine.

A: You're absolutely right and we agree 100%.

As soon as we reduce the current load from support, feedback, and development, our plan is to launch a Discord server. We believe it’ll be a better fit than a Facebook group for what we want to build: a space where users can collaborate, share feedback, and help each other grow.

We’d love to welcome anyone who wants to be part of that community.

You are making a big mistake by not doing already. Trust me, start building your legion now before it's too late. Once the next shiny new object comes on the scene, if you don't already have this community established, it's going to be much harder to get the members and engagement. Get them together as soon as possible and the members will make the community flourish led by power users!
