I have been using Followr since it first hit AppSumo, and I can only praise their team for working on updates and improvements to the platform. They have added many models that we have access to, and if we want even more, we can subscribe to their add-on pack. I also have Marky, but Followr is more mature, in my opinion. Many exciting things are on the horizon, with Canva, Video, and YouTube coming soon, so I will jump on before the price increases.

With Followr, I can easily create, schedule, and analyze my social media content across all of my platforms. Easy to use! Helpful in putting everything to all platforms at once

I bought the Agency-level plan for Followr thinking I’d have full access to everything the software had to offer. Now, they’ve added a $99/year “Plus Upgrade” for features that should have been included in the original deal. This feels really unfair and like a bait-and-switch. If you pay for an agency plan, you shouldn’t have to deal with surprise charges later on.

What’s worse is that AppSumo, which is supposed to protect its members, has done nothing about this. People buy lifetime deals on AppSumo to avoid extra costs in the future, but this situation shows that those promises aren’t always kept.

I hope AppSumo starts holding companies accountable and makes sure deals are truly lifetime. For now, be careful—what you buy might not be what you end up getting.

I bought tier 4 to support this awesome tool.
I use it for scheduling content across 5 platforms and regularly use the AI features for image creation.

I still need to figure out how to train the AI for more authentic humanised content in my brand voice by making some changes.

Kudos to the founder for constantly improving this platform and turning around the user experience within a span of couple of months! Very commendable. It went from an underdog to a worthy contender with the dozens of content tools here on AppSumo.

This has brought much confidence to me to actively use Followr.

Some feedback:
I would like the X thread feature to work as expected. Currently it's posting a thread pretty much like individual posts in the wrong sequence.

But these are minor issues and I have faith in the team to iron them out.

I also look forward for the YouTube integration in the future!
