Can't recommend

I bought the 3rd tier of Followr to be able to plan, schedule, and post content across different social media platforms and accounts.
I don't need any of these AI tools, so I can't say anything about that.
The reason I bought this tool was to automate my postings on different platforms at the same time. That's basically the main function of the app, but it can't even do that reliably.
Almost every single automated post runs into some kind of issue. I visit my social media to check my posts, but nothing is there. So I check Followr, and I am greeted with an error on my post. Sometimes, not all of the social platforms are posting my content, and I get an error message in Followr. Sometimes my scheduled post is just sitting there and "currently posting" without an end. Sometimes I even get an email that something went wrong.
The only thing that almost never occurs is a frictionless automation.
Support has also been ghosting me since July 15th (that's 7 weeks now).
So all in all, a very bad experience and the worst investment I made on AppSumo so far.

Edit: I appreciate the quick reply to my review. I am definitely open to giving more tacos when the basic functionality is given. Again, I don't need fancy AI stuff, I just need a reliable tool for scheduling posts and running automations.
What I'm also missing is the possibility to add music to posts. Would be a nice extra.
One more thing: adding YouTube to the available platforms would be amazing, if that's possible.

Bugs and flaws

Quite disappointed with it but believing they can fix the integrations and streamline process eventually. What makes this a 1 taco however, is the lack of white label transparency. Always having pop up banners that show up on my white labelled platform asking for reviews and things which links back to Followr's branding.

It works but there are issues

I purchased follows.ai a while back it was working great. But recently the integreation with Instagram and Pinterest is not working. I've bought it up with support. They said they were working on the connection. They then told me to contact Facebook because everything looks fine on their end and closed the ticket no solve no nothing. So I'm going to look at a better known brand and pay a bit more to get a software that can do what they say it can do.

Thank for the review. We’re actually sending and updating integrations with fixes constantly. We hope this improves scheduling features. But We’re also about to roll out new features, new improvements and a more complete software.

Like the concept, but you will only be able to use Dall-E to create images. After a month, they will disable to more advanced models and you would have to pay $12.50 a month to reenable them.

I reached out and was told that these models are pricier and for that reason, you would need to pay extra or bring in your own api. Does not really make sense since you are allocated 1000 credits per month and the newer models will cost 15 credits while Dall-E only 1. So, this takes care of the extra cost, does it not? If I purchased 1000 credits per month, I should be able to use those on any model. Charging extra for the newer models makes sense, but you are already doing that by charging 15 credits instead of the 1 for Dall-E. I really like the concept and the UI, but I will be requesting a refund.

You don’t need to pay extra if you don’t want to—we currently offer DALL·E in the LTD plan because, due to costs, we can’t include the more expensive models for unlimited use.
If you prefer, you can also use the BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) option to connect your own API key for the newer models, which means you wouldn’t be paying us anything.
