No, the features you list above are not included in Tier 1, they're limited to Tier 2, and the following Start plans. With that said, if you want access to the features above, you'll have to buy two, four or six codes. The only difference between those options would be the transactional fee being 10%, 5% or 2%.
I'd be happy to add Brazilian Portuguese as an academy language option in Forento. For that, however, we do need some assistance with proofreading the translations.
