Q: Can your form handle profile-based quiz results with free and paid versions?
Hello, I would like to create a form where each question is mapped to an entrepreneur profile.
1) At the end of the form, people would receive their dominant profile (the one with the most responses), either on a single page or as a PDF.
2) I would also like to offer the option of seeing both dominant profiles (in the results or as a percentage of the 5 profiles).
3) A free version (10 questions) and a paid premium version (35 questions) would be offered. Is this possible? Thank you

A: Hello. To calculate scores, you can add several formulas to the form, each of which will calculate a different profile. I am looking for email pop up form to add to my website where I give a lead magnet for their email address, is this possible with this tool?

A: Hello. Yes, you can create the form itself and configure its display in a pop-up window. However, you will not be able to send emails to these email addresses. You will need to configure integration with an email delivery service, such as SendFox or MailChimp.
I'm using Cloudflare's email routing, and I'm getting the message "Cannot forward emails that are not authenticated."
When I used a Gmail email in the admin email field, the notif came through instantly, so I do have a way to get the notifications. I am just wondering if I can use Brevo for SMTP?

I was about to configure guest access for a client, and then I saw "E-mail of the User registered at FormDesigner site."
Is that letting me know that the guest has to have their own FormDesigner account in order to use guest access?
