Thanks for your query.
The form completion setting lets you decide your further action in a flexible way. You can set a dynamic data in your emails recipient's field in To, CC or BCC and forward the notification to both admin, customer and anyone else you one.

Hi,
FormGent currently supports English by default. However, you can translate your form and frontend content into other languages using tools like Loco Translate, WPML, or Polylang.
This way, your visitors will see the form in their preferred language without any extra complexity.
