You can show conditional Thank You screen (with optional button/link) if you want Respodent to go to another site/fill additional information.

Currently it is possible to send Webhooks via Google Sheet/Zapier only.
First you will need to connect Formly to Google Sheets. Then you can connect your integrated Google Sheets to send webhooks when new rows are created in Google Sheets.
