Q: Why suddenly i am removed from formly??????
I purchased formly few months ago , however , why i am getting removed from the membership that i paid for? And now it is asking me to upgrade??

i already contacted them it says that i already do a refund on 6 Nov 2024 and 20 Nov 2024 , which i dont , as i am still using it on july 2025 , then the cs says that "It seems we had not revoked the access earlier although you had refunded the codes." Kindly check through it .
