A: Every form/test has a unique web address (URL), which you can send to psychologists to distribute to their clients. Currently it is not possible to personalized link for each client but you can restrict number of responses (e.g. Max 10 responses from Psychologist/clients) for each form/test.
You can send emails (including PDF response) to yourself, psychologist (team members) and respondents...
This looks really awesome - my only real gripe is as someone who has design experience it'd be awesome if I can more fine-tune the look for my forms with either CSS or more options like to set form width, button styles (radius, caps, borders, etc), etc. This would be a stand apart feature and help make forms more premium looking.
Would this be something that could be considered in the future?

A: Many thanks for your feedback! Currently it is not possible to change design using custom css etc but you can change form colors, fonts, format text, add your logo, and more in Design tab.
If I wanted to send automated emails to users from different email addresses, is that possible?
For example, I have one form I want to use sender0 @domain .com to send to users and another form I want to use sender1 @domain.com to send to them.
In order to do that, would I set that up in different workspaces?
Can I also set up different logos?

A: Please see our response below: 1. You can send emails to yourself, team members or respondents and even make them conditional based on form responses. Also, you can customize the name of the sender ("From" Name), but the email domain of the sender (noreply@email.getformly.com) is not customizable currently.
Hi, I'm interested in purchasing Formly. I don't currently see the feature to track survey abandoners. Will you add this feature in the future? If so, when?

A: We really appreciate your interest. At the moment, we’re not able to share or confirm any details about upcoming promotions, discounts etc. Partial responses and abandon email are on our roadmap for future developments but currently we don't have any specific timelines for this.
