I had an excellent experience with Formly. Ash, the representative who guided my demo, was knowledgeable, patient, and fully present throughout our conversation. He answered every question directly, never rushed the process, and created a very pleasant, professional atmosphere.
Formly itself is an impressive platform. I recommend the product without hesitation. It is likely the last form‑producing software I will ever need to purchase. The range of options is outstanding — forms, quizzes, assessments, and more — all customizable to be fun, formal, or funky depending on your needs or whims.

Good product - waiting for updates
really cool product. waiting for update and enhancements.
I have used other tools before that had the same exact feel and look....eventually they asked for more month per month and I quite them.
I would love to see if you could add more statistics and information about the users submissions such as traffic source, countries cities, meters such as mobile or desktop users and so on.
