1. Can I send customised pdf report to people who submitted the form. Like dynamic name, result data etc?
2. Can I add tags with certain questions or results? For example if someone answered a certain option i will add tag with that answer and add the data using webhook to my email marketing tool.
3. Is it a WordPress plugin or can can on formly website?
4. Can I add my brand with emails that are going to send people? Like name, profile pic, footer social media links etc?

1. Yes, PDF reports includes responses to all questions including dynamic name, result data link.
Currently it is not possible to change PDF layouts/format within Formly. But you can use other third party tool (e.g. Document studio) to create customize PDF files (replica PDF invoice etc).

2. You can segment users into specific outcome paths/scores using conditional logic. But it is not possible to add custom tags.

3. Formly is a standalone platform and does not require WordPress site to create forms/surveys/quizzes.
4. You can add name, footer social media link but not images in the email. By default, the emails are sent from “Formly” and the domain “[email protected]”. You can customize the name of the sender, but the email domain of the sender is not customizable.
