Q: Opening Documents on Mobile Device

1. I am unable to successfully open documents submitted on a mobile device. It always redirects to a white page with coding ext instead. On a computer there are no issues. Is there a way to resolve this so that intake details can be reviewed on the go?

2. Any update on allowing workspaces that are assigned to team members? There are forms that would be private and others that should be made available to the team.

3. Is it possible to score or shortlist submissions? We often use forms for hiring / applications and it would be immensely helpful to allow some form of shortlisting or feedback to be provided so that it is clear which applications are of interest.

A: Please see our response below:
1. On mobile, if you download (not view) the PDF attached in the email notification and then click on the attached file image/link then documents opens fine.

2. Currently Account Owner and Admin can access All Workspaces, Forms and Results. Individual workspace level permissions will be available in the future (dates to be confirmed). If you just want to share results with clients/team members then that is currently possible, please see help link below.

3. Yes, you can segment users by scores/specific outcome paths using conditional logic.

We need a manual scoring system after each application is reviewed then we would want to mark them as "Shortlisted", "Rejected", etc. When they are all together like that without any identification it is hard to sift through and requires a full review each time to know which was of interest.

You can setup automatic scoring based on user responses within Formly.
If you want manual scoring then you can possibly connect Formly to Google Sheet and review responses/scores for each applicant and then manually mark them as "Shortlisted", "Rejected", etc in additional Google sheets columns.
