Yes, you can pass in parameters from the initial URL.

Check for example this template:
https://formnx.com/f/office-hours-sign-up-form-57wl19?nickname=gary

Here i posted nickname=gary in the URL & it prefills the Nickname field.

You can also hide this field if don't want to show it or make it read-only.
