I purchased this product. I was in created forms and now I can not get in. I tried everything. Absolutely no support!!

We bought this tool as a feedback form for clients. Unfortunately, we cannot see the responses since 3 weeks. We wrote several mails and tried to reach the support team - but there is no answer. A survey Software, where you can’t see the answers is quite useless. So I do not recommend this software!!!

This is a good product but I've been waiting 10+ days for a Support reply for a question related to pixel tracking... Someone please reply...

Formsly is a lot like LindoAI and I love that about it. Very comfortable and pretty to use. You can jump right in. At this moment because the form cannot be saved by the user-probably better for small forms-which is probably most people. The form I just created is mega and I hope it works out! I am keeping my fingers crossed! Some tips: 1>If you are on the chat trying to get help and it says "retry"-than no one is their and they never get the message. Instead email their customer support which is support@formsly.app. 2>You cannot move the questions very, well-just perhaps one up and one down. Much easier to add your question in the middle of the form by using the drag function and then copying and pasting the question from where it is in the form that you don't like.

Honestly, the BIGGEST headache is the inability to duplicate forms. I use it for recruitment applications and I have to rebuild the form from scratch each time. It is a gigantic headache. The form itself is great, love the design and interface, but looking for another program as the constant rebuilding is a huge time waste. I also wish there was an ability to archive or categorize responses versus deleting them.
