They don't answer emails anymore, Voice feature no longer plays back answers. Sad.

I am wondering the same, app no longer works and the website doesn’t seem to be accessible now either!

Frank AI is back on iOS and Web today, I couldn't believe it! I think they had technical difficulties - shortly after them going offline they rolled out a new version in the Apple App Store, but to no avail. Then, since this morning (Europe time) it is back again. It is still gone from the Google Play Store, but let's see what happens there. So far it looks like Frank AI is back (phew!).

It’s GPT-3 only since it returned. Can confirm by asking what ai model it is using. Google play app listing is still removed also.
