Q: Has it shutdown or are you having server issues?
I've been a huge fan of Frank AI, but I'm unable to access the website or the mobile app for the past two days. It seems like the site is completely down, and the app won't open at all. I'm really hoping the owner or founder can update us on the situation soon, as many of us are considering requesting refunds. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Wrote this to a different question here as well: Frank AI is back on iOS and Web today, I couldn't believe it! I think they had technical difficulties - shortly after them going offline they rolled out a new version in the Apple App Store, but to no avail. Then, since this morning (Europe time) it is back again. It is still gone from the Google Play Store, but let's wait a few days.
