I am so very, very glad Frank is up and running again. May we know what happened?
Along with many of you, I've been trying to connect to Frank AI for almost two weeks. It seems they have shut down without warning or consideration, and basically skipped town. For those of us who put a lot of faith in Appsumo deals, we have been burned pretty heavily on this one. I even purchased this deal for my team mates, and now we realize our money was burned as there is nothing in place for a refund. I would love for appsumo to consider offering some kind of policy that gives us something in return if the deal company fails within a certain time frame. 4 months life on a lifetime deal is quite disappointing and certainly makes me question those top tier purchases going forward.
Frank Ai Stops working including apps, a week now?
The app has not been working for almost a week. The website is completely down. No response from the developer. App removed from the Google Play store. Can the developer please update us on the situation? Otherwise, how does the Appsumo money-back guarantee work/kick in? Really like Frank.ai but it seems it is over.
