I’ve been using the Frank AI app for some time now, and recently it just stopped working without any notice. Whenever I try to use the app, I get redirected to a page with an option to restart, along with a message saying: "Could not connect to our servers. Please double-check your connection or try again later." Is this due to an update, or is the app no longer available? Is the system temporarily down? I would appreciate it if you could inform me of what’s going on.

If you ask “What AI model are you using?” it will respond that it is using GPT-3. Same on web and mobile app. Has been this way since the app came back online. If the founder needs to lower costs for a while, that is understandable. But they should absolutely reply to emails and questions. Otherwise it is almost certainly that they are simply trying to get over the 1 year line making the deal non-refundable then bouncing. The founders picture looks AI generated too lol. I hope they are simply trying to lower costs temporarily and have a long term plan, but the app is still removed from the play store. With zero communication it’s a massive red flag. Same with the website disappearing before. So my questions are, when do you plan to re-implement GPT-4 models and why is the app removed from Google play?
