If you ask “What AI model are you using?” it will respond that it is using GPT-3. Same on web and mobile app. Has been this way since the app came back online. If the founder needs to lower costs for a while, that is understandable. But they should absolutely reply to emails and questions. Otherwise it is almost certainly that they are simply trying to get over the 1 year line making the deal non-refundable then bouncing. The founders picture looks AI generated too lol. I hope they are simply trying to lower costs temporarily and have a long term plan, but the app is still removed from the play store. With zero communication it’s a massive red flag. Same with the website disappearing before. So my questions are, when do you plan to re-implement GPT-4 models and why is the app removed from Google play?

Along with many of you, I've been trying to connect to Frank AI for almost two weeks. It seems they have shut down without warning or consideration, and basically skipped town. For those of us who put a lot of faith in Appsumo deals, we have been burned pretty heavily on this one. I even purchased this deal for my team mates, and now we realize our money was burned as there is nothing in place for a refund. I would love for appsumo to consider offering some kind of policy that gives us something in return if the deal company fails within a certain time frame. 4 months life on a lifetime deal is quite disappointing and certainly makes me question those top tier purchases going forward.
