Edit: Support fails to reply to feedback and questions. Poor app and wish I did not purchase in the first place. I can't get a refund anymore and its practically useless compared to the stock ChatGPT website/app. Many issues with CSS. Also performs significantly worse compared to regular ChatGPT.

It's a good app, and it does what it advertises so far; however, taking a photo and asking it to answer or analyze it is kind of bad. I have both the normal ChatGPT 4o subscription from ChatGPT and also Frank 4o, and I took a photo of a graph and told it to analyze it, but Frank 4o failed to basically look at the numbers on the x axis and its header. When asked what a certain point on that graph meant, it was unable to tell me, and it said, "I apologize for any confusion. Since I can't actually view images, I can only provide general information based on your description." This is very disappointing since the stock app can view and analyze it with relative ease.
