Purchased LTD. Frase updates to "version 2", with a migrate button in settings to do so. States "your documents, workspace and subscription will be migrated over". Given a migration code. Everything except my LTD subscription was migrated over. Found a post on r/appsumo with other users facing the same, but saying they'd received an email about it. I didn't receive any email about it so had no info that clicking migrate would also cease the LTD I purchased and prevent me from using "version 1", which pretty much looks the same but actually has more features than v2. So clicking migrate basically just prevents me from logging in to app.frase.io and can now only use next.frase.io...chucked me on a trial account and labelled the whole affair as "version 2" to scam LTD users out of their purchase.
in 3 weeks it will be 5 years bought Frase LTD and its the best buy I have ever bought on AS! Hands down easiest decision to review them. The support is great for anything. My team gets answers to any question quickly. Features are built out effectively and thuroughly. I still use this product to date for our content outlines and writer briefs without hesitation. Great job team

I have been using Frase for several years, 2 weeks ago Frase started crashing everytime I scan a document. This means that the research, outline, optimize and links modules no longer work, rendering the tool useless. I've sent several support tickets, but only got a short response a few days ago saying that they were looking into it, nothing since. Customer service used to be quite good, but I guess things change.

SERPs scanning crashes
I have been using Frase for several years, 2 weeks ago Frase started crashing everytime I scan a document.
This means that the research, outline, optimize and links modules no longer work, rendering the tool useless.
