SERPs scanning crashes

I have been using Frase for several years, 2 weeks ago Frase started crashing everytime I scan a document.
This means that the research, outline, optimize and links modules no longer work, rendering the tool useless.
I've sent several support tickets, but only got a short response a few days ago saying that they were looking into it, nothing since.
Customer service used to be quite good, but I guess things change.

Misleading and Deceptive Deal

I purchased a deal that was supposed to include all future updates, but it turned out to be a beta version "https://beta.frase.io". To switch to the fully supported version "https://app.frase.io", my plan was downgraded:

From 3 users to just 1 user.
From unlimited AI-generated words to only 4,000 words.
This feels like a bait-and-switch, and the experience has been extremely disappointing.

Love it!

I took Frase.io for a spin, I've been a huge fan for a long time, but I thought it was time to make a review. I must say I enjoy using it, and I've been able to rank numerous articles number one. Watch my review of Frase here: https://phillipstemann.com/frase-io-review-rank-your-content-on-google/

Many Regrets

I took on this deal thinking about content analysis and how Frase could assist giving me a quick overview on what others are writing about similar subjects. It does this part of the job as promised.

With the introduction of the 'SEO-addon', this product however has turned into crippleware. Almost all functionality is blocked by an annoying popup to get the SEO-addon.

I do understand that the deal on AppSumo did not include all features of the AI-rewrite, but why not simply hide all buttons that we cannot utilize? Oh - I know - it is to put it right in our face that we should pay a monthly fee to not be annoyed with clicks on non functional buttons that trigger a popup.

Then the next iteration - proudly presented with a video - Frase can now generate content from your outline. Hit that button - it thinks a long time and then... oh jay.. again that popup. Okay.. so what about the original functionality.. it is gone from the shortcut menu, we now need to click on the 'AI writer' menu (which as per above is NOT functional) and then click on 'templates' to find parts that do work. UI joke.

So the short of it - Frase does what I wanted it for, but it is an UI trap with buttons leading to upsell their 'SEO addon' (which includes the AI-writer). Not impressed. Please rethink the UI so it works just as well for a workflow without the SEO addon as with it.
