We have been experiencing a critical technical issue where our Google Ads account disconnected from Fraud Blocker, stopping IP updates entirely. I reached out to their support team on September 7th to request assistance and followed up again two weeks later on September 21st.

Unfortunately, I have received zero response or support to this day. A fraud prevention service that stops working without notice or support is completely useless. Very disappointing experience—would not recommend.

Overall and simple tool that is a must if you run ecommerce ads. I had a couple issues and support has been very patient and helpful.
