Q: I can see Pipedrive is on the list of CRM's to possibly be integrated.
As we use Pipedrive it is a bit of a show stopper for us with no integration at the moment. Having to key all the information again is something we are wanting to avoid with all our Cloud applicaitons
I can't even test it with a trial account as Zapier is not available under a trial. How long before this integration might be complete?
Also It would be good to provide a image link to an external resource. Such as a button linking to further information or an explainer video on our own website
I would think this would be fairly easy to implement quickly
A: Pipedrive integration as you noted is part of integration roadmap. We are going to review the list and will prioritize next set of integrations. I can't provide you exact ETA for Pipedrive but we expect it to be available in Q1 2021.
Your point regarding image link/button link is noted.
A: Yes, with fully stacked account, you will get Sub-account feature. It will allow you to set up multiple custom brands (company name, logo, custom url, email whitelisting).
The sub-account feature is expected to be available in next quarter.
Any plans for integration to Pabbly for automation? What is the ETA? 2. Saw from your roadmap that there is a plan to integrate with accounting/invoicing software - Does it include Deskera as well? If you do, any ETA? 3. Any plans to open up for sub-accounts? 4. Can I have proposal from multiple companies with one account?
A: 1. Any plans for integration to Pabbly for automation? What is the ETA? > We have added to the list of integrations users are expecting. We are gathering users interest for tools integrations, pls upvote the tools you would like to see FP integration with those; and we will prioritize integrations. I can't share ETA at this point in time.
2. Saw from your roadmap that there is a plan to integrate with accounting/invoicing software - Does it include Deskera as well? If you do, any ETA? Added Deskera to the list, pls upvote it.
3. Any plans to open up for sub-accounts? We are planning to introduce sub-accounts feature. It is not part of AppSumo deal. We are thinking about offering it for fully stacked deals.
4. Can I have proposal from multiple companies with one account? Not currently, with sub-account feature: a sub-account will represent a company and it can be used to send that company's proposal, you will be able to set custom branding for sub-account.
A: Hi, The client-view interface is currently available for 25 languages (including Spanish). You can set the option in proposal properties > Client View Options as shown here ( https://i.imgur.com/PcHAwxX.png ) You can help us improve it further, if you have any sugggestion/comments.
A: Yes, you can manually change the status of proposal in proposal summary page (as shown here: https://i.imgur.com/ylDzuFP.png ) or even delete it. You do have control over it. And once marked as rejected/deleted, a proposal is not counted as active proposal.
A: 1. No side by side comparison provided but you can check above message for comparison to similar tool 2. RazorPay integration, we will certainly consider it if more users ask for it.
I'll buy if you bring razorpay as i already have nusii. Kindly let me know :)
Q: I see that with just one code, you offer access to your "We Can Fly" level.
That level has 50 active proposals. For the one code AppSumo offer, you say that only 30 active proposals are possible. Which is it--50 or 30 active proposals?
Q: I purchased 7 codes [60 users] but have not used it yet so my question is this: are there workspaces?
A way to separate certain users to certain templates? I work with multiple brands so this would make my life a hell of a lot easier. I'd prefer not to make separate accounts entirely as I'd like to be able to keep track of everything at once.
A: Hi, We have a feature called 'Sub-accounts' expected to be available in Q1 2021. It will allow workspace for companies (each workspace with separate/ custom branding, email whitelisting, separate users, templates, proposal limits). Sub-account feature is not part of AppSumo deal but we are planning to make Sub-accounts feature available to AppSumo users with fully stacked codes.
Just a follow up question, so , you mentioned sub-accounts feature may be included in full stack, 1. so how many sub accounts or brands may be managed under the same account? 2. would they be all under the same custom domain? 3. How would email whitelisting work under different brands/sub-accounts? Thank you
1) For AppSumo users, Sub-account & underlying limits (users, proposals) will be mapped to AppSumo codes. Its specifics are still undecided as we are yet to work on it. 2) & 3) Each sub-account can have separate custom domain and email whitelisting, proposals, users | separate from other sub-account.
Hi, I do not have more information to offer at this moment, as the feature is still planned (and its fine aspects are yet to be decided). But I'd like to highlight that Sumoling with fully stacked codes will be offered higher degree of usage compared to rest of the users..
Q: Hello, can you please elaborate on sub accounts for fully stacked deals?
How many sub accounts will get the fully stacked deals? Thanks!

Q: Hi,
Having played with this I have a few questions, overall the concept is good, the UX is a little poor in ...
places, but generally it has some good features, although the main features of a proposal I couldnt seem to find which leads onto my question.
When sending proposals, generally the look and intro info etc.. is just a template and the main things you want are the ability to create custom services or products send it out and get paid , whilst not taking up to much time so you can be doing other things.
So i was very surprised that there is no product section, I found the fee's row property which enables you to add products or services manually each time, but this isnt logical at all for usability and for the time of the person creating the proposal.
You need the ability to add products from a masters list and then when it comes to adding to your proposal you just click and add what products and services you want and it takes no time at all. Currently it seems you have to manually type each time you want to add a service or product before sending out the proposal, I'm hoping this isnt the case, as this would be the one feature over anything that one would need in a proposal software.
Would you be able to confirm if there is a way to do this or not without manually typing each time? If this isnt currently possible, would you let me know how quickly you think this could be implemented from a tech point of view and if you would prioritise this to the top of your backlog, as looking at your roadmap the features don't look as important as this.
A: Have you signed up using free trial plan? Fees Library may not be available in free trial currently. But I can confirm, as a AppSumo user, you will have access to it.
Yes, Fresh Proposals already have the ability to add product/services from master list.
It can be done in two ways.
1. Fees Library (master fees table) You can keep saving your product/ services fees to library (you just have to add it once to Fresh Proposals, and it can be saved to library at a click). Once saved to library, these fee rows can be imported in next proposal or template in a fee table.
Here is a user guide to it. https://freshproposals.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/47001161974-fees-library
2. There is even a better way if you have certain content as well as fees for a product or service. Let's take an example of Product A. You can create a section for the product A. Add images, description, use cases etc. You can add one / more page(s) and let it have Fees table of Product A, product specific terms. You can save this to your Section Library.
Similarly you can add section for Service B, Product+Service A and so on. This becomes reusable section. Add to next proposal at a click.
Now here is the best part, & pls bear with me for a lengthy answer. But it extremely useful IMO.
Say you created a proposal (say P) from your own template (say T) and you've already have a section (say S) for 'Product A'. You realized you need to update product description and change its pricing. You make those changes to the section in the current proposal.
But you also realize that recent changes made for 'Product A' in your proposal (P) should be propagated to template (T) so that updated product A information can be used in subsequent proposal. You just have to save the current section to section library and import in template (T). Now when I say import, it is replaced (you don't have to delete and add manually).
More details about how to use Section Library is here: https://freshproposals.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/47001143713-section-library
Feel free to reach out if you have any further question.
Thanks for taking the time to write in detail, the issue is your description and fresh desk help on the topic do not mirror what is happening when logged in, for example there is no fee's option when I am in content library, just image and video options. I have contacted your support, if you could reply so we can get this looked at please. Like i say the concept looks promising, i just want to make sure that it is really simple to use just for my own time purposes. If it is I will be purchasing, many thanks
I think this is a key point. A "proposal generator" by definition has the ability to simply add a list of products to a proposal, otherwise you have a fancy editing tool. I would have purchased this offer but for this lack of functionality.
Looks like you missed the point. It does have product/ services fees library that can be used in your proposal / template (without typing it every time).
Q: Hi, do you have rtl (right-to-left) languages support?
Q: Do you have an example of a proposal that I can see as a potential client would see and go through it?
I know that you're working on Stripe integration. Will it be able to also connect add the client to a subscription in Stripe so I don't have to ask for the credit card information after the first month or setup?
A: Hi, Pls see this video, how a proposal will be seen by a client: https://vimeo.com/494103400
Regarding Stripe integration, currently it is going to be one-off payment, not supporting recurring ones. We are going to consider recurring going forward.
Thank you! Once Stripe is integrated, will I be able to have them pay a portion of it instead of the entire amount upfront? For websites, I often have it due in phases.
Yes, that's correct. You can configure whether you want to collect 25% upfront or 50% or 100% payment when client signs the proposal. (you can set a default number and configure per proposal as well)
Q: Is there integration with Square payment processing?
A: Hi, We have this feature planned. It will allow client(s) enter their information (address, etc) while accepting a proposal. It is expected to be available in next month.
Will they be able to enter it anywhere in the document we choose, or only in the signature area? Could I have them enter it on page 1, but the signature be on page 3, for example?
Q: Is Freshproposals still active? I submitted a chat query last week but have had no response.
