Frill's UI design is just fantastic, and its has almost all the fundamental functions that we need.

Suggestions:
(I) Hope frill can help us collect survey feedback in the future, plus some analytics features would be awesome (e.g. analyse the customer satisfaction through CSAT, NPS etc.)
(II) Enable "Dark" mode.
