Fantastic
I carefully compared options before purchasing Froged, from Continually to Live Agent's chat widget, to Hey Oliver. I was looking for the most powerful chat widget available to support and track my website's visitors. I chose Froged over the above-mentioned options for the following reasons:
(1) Froged is much better than Continually because Continually is a mere chat widget; Froged's chat widget is only the first element of a chain of results and processes that you can attain by using Froged. Froged's end game seems to be more in the domain of customer onboarding and retention, and not just to communicatE with clients.
(2) Froged is also much better than Live Agent's chat widget because it is more beautifully designed and also because it combines chat, a knowledge base, and updates all-in-one. Amazing.
(3) Froged is better than Hey Oliver because you can attain deeper segmentation if you leverage the full potential of "tags". With Froged, you have unlimited tags, while Hey Oliver only gives you a small number of them (if you want more, you need to pay for them - which evidences how powerful tags can be).
With that being said, as every newbie in the market, Froged needs more integrations. I would love to see two integrations in particular. First, with a chatbot, given that Froged is currently a live chat widget only. If we could integrate Froged with, for example, Botstar or even Continually, that would be fantastic. We could leverage Froged even when we're not in front of our computers! Second, with Live Agent: even though Froged is intended to help customers, Live Agent has a massive customer center architecture that surpasses Froged's at the moment. Instead of seeing Live Agent exclusively as a competitor, which to some extent it is, the Froged team may want to leverage Live Agent's essential features to make its own widget even more powerful. If, for example, we could chat with our customers via the Froged widget and then canalize support tickets through Live Agent, that would be amazing.
All in all, I think Froged is a very promising piece of software and I am surprised it does not have more review here. Honestly, this is a real steal! I am trusting Froged in the launch of my upcoming app!
