It gets the job done.
I've tested Froged and it doest the job. Not the best I've seen but everybody has to start somewhere.
There are somethings that can get better and other that are good. All in all, the main features are there and all that comes above that will only increase value.
The good:
đź‘Ť Great support! They really spend time with you not even solving your problem but knowing you.
đź‘Ť Live chat works well - many live chat tools have lot of bugs.
đź‘Ť Easy to set up.
The bad:
đź‘Ž UI could be better. Not that pleasant to navigate.
đź‘Ž There are some basic features on a live chat that shouldn't be missing such as snoozing conversations.
đź‘Ž Don't really like the branding. If you're a b2b company, it really feels that the froged branding takes a little of your credibility away.
I think the team is commited to upgrading so I think it is a good bet if you need a tool like this.
