It's a great tool. All in one conversion machine, you can say.

I was looking for such a tool and at first purchased Hey Olver. Then I refunded that tool, because it was incomplete in many aspects (although it was a cool tool).

Then I created a Free account on Froged, tested it on my site for couple of days and then decided to purchase with full satisfaction.

First of all, the support is one of the best ever! And, I mean it completely. They helped me so much even when I was a Free user and that was truly unexpected.

Second great thing about this tool is that it hardly requires much of an integration. Particularly, if you use wordpress, you will just love the auto integrations with lot of things. It can automatically understands which user of your WP site logs in and creates a contact for it automatically with name & email. Then it tracks those users (all the visitors) everywhere on the site. So I can see which of my customers are spending most time on my site. It also enables me to initiate a chat for particularly those contacts who are online & watching a particular content!

When you can track every visitor and initiate auto-message (think chat popups with custom message that triggers on specific conditions) for them, then you are sorting hot visitors and leading them to become LEADS.

Froged can also track all the form submissions on WP site, without any integrations! I tested with SendFox & MailPoet. So whenever a visitor is sent to a landing page with opt-in, and then he/she opts-in, Froged automatically creates a contact for that visitor. So now you know which LEAD is visiting which page and doing what in your site.

Moreover, it's a marketing automation tool too, with the email campaign feature. The 9k emails/mo is not enough at first glance, but you will only need it for specific situations, not for regular broadcasting. For example: collect leads with MailPoet and send regular drip campaigns or broadcasts. Then track those leads automatically with Froged. And, whenever a particular lead fulfills certain conditions on your site, send them an auto email with Froged and get them back into your site.

By the way, many sumolings might not have noticed this, but you can actually use Froged on unlimited sites (technically). They don't actually put limits on domain. By 3 websites limitation, they meant 3 WORKSPACES.

I wouldn't say deal-breaker, but some things I didn't like much:

- The UI can be cooler, more modern. I find the green color of the branding very depressing, sorry, but maybe that's just me!
- Branding! I am using Froged for my own businesses and I don't require 3 codes. In my case, I can ignore that branding comparing to all the other great features, but in reality I don't like it at all. I hope I could remove that.
- Some bot system would have made this tool unbeatable. For example: when someone sends a message and no agent is live, there should be some kind of auto message reply.
