Froged is helping me track the behavior of users on my site and engage them with Automessages.

Some things I like:

1) Froged is excellent at tracking users, especially logged-in users. Contact records are properly merged and synced with Wordpress, which ensures the triggers are reliable.

2) The event-based triggers are simple to implement. Froged has an intuitive interface to help you track specific actions.

3) The support is very helpful. Sometimes setting up certain functionality can be tricky if you're unfamiliar with Javascript or HTML. Froged has a support team that is usually quick to respond in the chat, which is very assuring.

Some things I don't like:

1) Tracking custom attributes (custom fields of metadata for each user) is less intuitive. This feature is important to help track the status of users so you can improve your segmentation. However, transferring user data between Froged and other systems requires custom configuration, which means you'll need to code some Javascript.

2) Conditions for Automessages are currently limited. For example, it's currently not possible to trigger an email or message based on whether the user has interacted with another message. However, this feature is on the roadmap.

Overall, I think this deal offers great value for anyone looking to engage their users and offer support. Even the branding has been softened enough that it doesn't detract from the user experience. I'm looking forward to the roadmap features, particularly an integration with Wishlist Member.
