Q: I ended up buying 3 codes, and I am seeing now how the issue with the payment gateway is a problem.
You attach the custom domain to the funnel, but all the funnels are at the account level, so there is no way to set it up for clients.
Unfortunately, this makes this completely unusable at a full stack level since there is no benefit to the upper levels except being able to have more than 150 domains.
So, I have 3 questions:
1. When will you have this resolved and will it be included in the deal when you fix it?
2. I don't see how to set up subaccounts in the tool. There is a tab for subaccounts but no indication of how to add them. Perhaps if I could figure this. out, it would resolve this to some degree.
3. I saw on another question that you have access to the reseller account if you stack three codes. That might resolve the issue, but I don't see where to access that. I message support, but my message was viewed, and I didn't get a response.

Yes I had access and now the site has been down for about a year now.
