In the current implementation, the File Manager is an aggregation of all files available on the portal. You can upload files to it directly, but file support is not yet available (this is planned for the near future).
Folders themselves can be organized at the portal level. You can create folders that will appear in the portal sidebar and add files to them via the File Uploader widget....

It is possible that I may not have fully understood your question. If you are referring to the client limit, this is a permanent limit and it does not reset.
If we are finished working with a client, can the client account be deactivated so that it can be used again as an active account within the tier's level of allotted accounts?
A portal is a mini-site where you can invite clients to collaborate on tasks, documents, and more. Client accounts are the clients you have invited to the portal.
If you delete either a portal or a client, this frees up space within your limits, allowing you to create another portal or invite a different client.
I added this to cart and saw there is more days left !!! What happened ? This was in plan !!! Please reactivate it again
