Q: "AI agents" : FuseBase VS Notion
Notion 3.0 recently introduced autonomous AI Agents that execute multi-step workflows across pages and databases, create and edit docs and databases, assign tasks, and generate analyses using a stateful memory tied to your workspace. Their agents can integrate external tools, run scheduled or triggered automations, and respect permissions.
This is important because creating workspaces and databases remains very time-consuming, and this now offers the opportunity to create/update portals and workspaces much more easily.
In the future we will just instruct "create a new page with as intro a summary of document XXX, followed by a survey focusing on YYY and sending results in table ZZZ".
I heven't read anything about FuseBase's AI agent going to evolve towards that level of assistance. Is this something that would be do-able?

Yes, this is one of our goals and we are actively working towards it. That’s why we were among the first on the market to add full MCP support to our agents, enabling them to perform complex actions in other services. Currently, we are also developing an internal MCP server, which, once integrated, will allow our agents to create databases, portals, and more directly within Fusebase.
Great news! Thank you!
