Q: Booked a demo but no one showed up!
I'm not sure which time zone this company is operating and any team behind this product as I booked a demo for 31st Oct 9am GMT and no one showed up. We even emailed pavel.sher@thefusebase.com email, which was sending my reminders but no replies for 24hrs. What are your support levels? Which time zones you guys are operating? Are you going to be around for a long time or is it a quick sell out? I will wait for a few days and request a refund if I don't hear back.

I apologize for this situation. Recently, we have had a large number of meetings, and unfortunately, we have not always been able to prepare properly for all of them. We also prefer not to hold formal meetings. However, I understand your frustration. Please email your preferred days and times for a meeting to contact@thefusebase.com, and we will do our best to ensure the meeting takes place and is productive.
