austinakonQ: Client Portals / Workspaces
Whats do you mean by clients portals / workspaces? I am a coach, so I work with many clients. I get notion plus for free through EDU, but the collaborative workspaces interest me. For example tier 2, could i just create one portal with 25 different workspaces for each client or would that not work as they would be able to see each others workspace.
Do you have an example a really good use cases for coaches that may use this currently or in the past?

Thank you for your question.
1) The Workspace consists of two modules: the Internal Space, where your team works and you can store internal documents, videos, files, etc., and Portals — a space where you invite clients and share information with them based on the access you configure. In the portal, clients can not only view information (both directly and via AI agents), but also work with and track tasks, upload files, fill out forms, and more.
With Tier 2, you can create 5 portals and invite up to 25 clients. You can set up separate portals for individual clients or invite everyone to a single portal (we provide flexible access management).
