From the list of features, you separate the clients and clients portals. For tier 1 for example, we will get 1 client portal but 5 clients. Does that mean, we can create custom portal for that 1 client where he/she will get the login details and can check/monitor the dashboard on his/her own? While the other remaining 4 clients, we can manage their business for them (but they won't get the login details for dashboard etc) ?
In your web, there's a button "Get Start for Free". Is it free account for life (limited features) ? Or is it free trial of Full Features but only 7 days?
FuseBase have any "Review/Feedback" collection feature where we can ask feedback from customers on behalf of our client and then embed the feedbacks/reviews on our client's website for showcase, also capability to redirect the customers to Google/Yelp reviews?

1) You can use our portals in different ways depending on the cases. In some cases, it's better to use a separate portal for each client, for example, if it's a large project with a large number of tasks, complex structure, etc. However, you can also use granular permissions, which will allow you to create a separate independent folder for each client within a portal, and you will be able to invite many clients to one portal.
2) For AppSumo users, we have a separate registration link: https://app.nimbusweb.me/appsumo/. Here you can create an account without entering a card, and a 7-day trial will be activated.
3) Regarding collecting feedback, I thought the simplest option would be to add a form to the portal and then display this feedback on the portal using our widgets.
