Working out possible workflow, could you confirm which of these are possible:
1)Proposals > Contracts
a)Create proposals or 'quotes' from templates for clients to 'accept'?
b)Once accepted can they automatically turn into a contract (using 'templates') with client details and emailed to them?
c)Can contracts be shared with a link?
d)Do esignatures have IP recording (audit)?
2)Post Signature
a)Contract automatically into portal?
b)Redirect payment url? or 'Pay Now' button? or redirect to FB page with embed code?
c)Plans for Stripe/GoCardless payment?
3)Tasks
a)Assign more than 1 person to a task?
b)Tag a client in a comment which triggers an email alert?
c)'Chat' function on portal?
d)Permissions so team members/clients can't create tasks?
e)'Client request form' adds a new task?
4)Will iOS Fusebase app be ready in Q1 2026?

Thank you for your questions.
1) You can create proposals and contracts with us, and invite clients to review and sign them. The E-Signature feature includes an audit log with details of who signed the document and when. May I clarify regarding "Accepted"—do you mean a signature, or should this be an "Approve" button?
2) Currently, we do not have native payment support. However, we have experience with integrations for individual clients. Full support is expected in early 2026.
3) Yes, you can assign more than one assignee to a single task. It is also possible to mention the client in comments.
There is a chat feature in the portal. Regarding permissions, you can restrict all clients from creating new tasks at the portal level. Or do you need to restrict specific clients?
You can create a task submission form through automation (the client fills out the form, and a task is created).
