I Expanded my Question Hoping that this way my point will become clear.
I am pretty aware that the more Tiers I buy the more users I will have available.
Please answer the following Question Because I am examining upgrading from Tier 1.
In case I buy Tier 5 by using the large number of subportals that I can create under each portal(special feature - Granular Portals at Tier 5), Will I be able to serve more than 30 clients (Let's say 100-200 students)?? ie to have forty subportal under each main portal and consequently to have two hundred subportals (40 x5 main portals)
In other words, can I get by the limit you put for 30 client accounts (Tier 5) by using Granular Portals at Tier 5??

No, for tier 5 you have 30 client accounts (actual people you can invite)
9 codes = 90
10 = unlimited
Client portals = actual place where you invite
Client accounts = actual people you work with inside the portal
