Yes, we index documents (PDF, DOC, etc.) both for standard search and for agents.
This was previously answered by Pavel Sher who said: Yes — you can upload files directly to the chat and ask questions; upload files to Notes and add them as sources for the agent (FuseBase indexes not only text in documents, but also images — i.e., OCR); and for third‑party data you can connect an MCP (for example, Google Sheets) so the agent can work with that embedded data.
