Q: Fusebase email storage, call recording & transcription features
Before purchasing, I wanted to clarify a few points about Fusebase’s email storage, call recording, and transcription features.
1. Can Fusebase store Outlook emails? If yes, how?
2. Can the transcription feature separate speakers (e.g., Speaker 1, Speaker 2)?
3. Is there a way to record Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams calls and save the recordings and their transcripts directly in Fusebase?
4. Does Fusebase support transcription for less common languages like Swiss German?

Thank you for your questions.
1) Do you want to save emails from Outlook as notes? We have an MCP with Outlook support for agents – https://thefusebase.com/guides/fusebase-ai/integration-of-ai-agents-with-other-services-google-calendar-slack-stripe-etc/. It allows you to work with emails and retrieve their content. Afterwards, they can be saved as notes (via automation).
2) Yes, of course.
3) As an option, you can use our Recorder. This is not a meeting bot, but rather a tool for recording video. The video is then saved to your workspace and can be transcribed.
4) We definitely support German. As for Swiss German, it’s hard to say without testing it on a specific video. It would be best to check with an actual sample.
