A) Courses & content delivery
Can I host structured courses (modules/lessons) with pre-recorded videos, text, PDFs, and links?
Can I embed Stripe/PayPal
B) Community & learner interaction
Is there a built-in community/discussion area tied to course pages? Threads, @mentions, moderation, and search?
Can learners ask questions under each lesson and get email/portal notifications?
C) AI agents & website chatbot
Can I embed an AI agent directly on my public website as a floating widget or iframe, trained only on my content?
How do I upload and scope the knowledge (files, portals, specific pages) the agent can access?
Does the agent support lead capture, handoff to a human, and conversation transcripts emailed/logged somewhere?
Can I run multiple agents (sales, support, onboarding) with different knowledge bases and behaviors?

1) Yes, you can store any type of information in the portal, including course materials such as text, videos, and more.
2) We do not currently have a direct native integration with Stripe. However, we have implemented it upon request before and can activate it for you if needed.
3) We offer a built-in chat feature. You can create 1:1 chats in a client-manager format or set up chat channels where different clients and users can participate.
4) You can add an agent to your website. Currently, the agent works only with Sources you have added to Fusebase (pages, documents, images, video transcripts, etc.). There is an option to open links and search for information on the site (you can include this in the prompt), but for now, uploading information directly to Fusebase is more effective.
5) Each agent can have its own separate knowledge base.
