Q: Hello, I've been a Nimbus user for about three years.
I was just rebilled and paid for the regular account. I saw this deal and jumped on it. Yes, I've had some problems with recordings not generating, but it's the easiest to use screen recorder I've found.
My question is, can I get a refund on the $29 I recently paid, since I purchased this fabulous deal?
