Q: Hi, I bought Fusebase and I tried Nimbus Capture, after I logged in it keeps saying that I'm limited to 5 ...

minutes recording as I'm using free account. Could you please help me with that? Thanks

A: Thank you for your report. Maybe you were logged in to Capture and then upgraded. Please email us at contact@thefusebase.com for further support. They will need to know your account to check. Please try to log out and log in back. That will help to get the latest account details without the sync.

Thank for the quick answer. However, I wasn't logged to Capture. I downloaded it after I had a look around the software. The clipper seems to work normally. BTW I downloaded the desktop version if that matters.

In any case, please contact the support team, please. We will need to know your account but I can't ask it publicly due to the security reasons.
