I'm deliberating between 1 and 2 codes.
How do I figure out how much storage 50 GB really is? I know that's really hard to answer but honestly, I haven't got a clue if that's enough for me.
I want to make lots of notes for two businesses - I can have 2 organizations, right?
It's just me so I don't need 10 team members. I just need enough room to capture web pages, organize market research, add screen recordings and captures etc.
What would you suggest?

Well, the storage needed depends on the size of your notes. If that's just a text, then your notes will not take a lot of space. But if you plan to upload videos, a lot images, etc, then it's good to think of the amount of such files. Think of it as the storage on your PC/Mac. How much would you like to have there ? Also keep in mind that it's a life time deal, so buying more storage for long period could be better deal now.
If you are going to create 2 organizations, then you need at least 2 codes as each organization requires at least one code for activation.
@Gleb or @Pavel : If I understand correctly, we are supposed to keep each organization separate IF we want to have a separate CNAME for each organization. But what if I later decide to pool my work in just one organization... will the Nimbus team allow me to close out the second organization and move my code (storage, OCR, etc) into just the one organization I intend to keep? Thanks.
Yes. you understand it correctly. To remove the organization you need to contact our support ([email protected]). To move the content you can use Copy/Move to another workspaces function. We'll also be glad to save your redeemed codes and transfer them to another organization.
