Q: Mobile APP ?
I didn't find any mobile app version yet, and when trying to connect from my smartphone is says it's only available from a PC?
Everyone is using its smartphone, furthermore this opens the opportunity to use push notifications and keep clients logged in.

Sep 28, 2025A: Hi
Our portals are fully mobile-compatible, and all functionalities work seamlessly on mobile browsers, including agents, chat, and more. We are also planning to launch a PWA version for the portals soon, which will support push notifications.
When i access it from my mobile it says : "To experience Fusebase to its fullest, access the web version from your
desktop."
If I switch to desktop view mode it works but that is definitely not practical
As I understand it, you are referring to the web client, not the portals. The web client can be accessed either through a desktop or a tablet (iPad or Android tablet). There is also a mobile app, but it lacks some of the features available in the web client. You can download the mobile apps from the downloads section of the website: thefusebase.com/downloads
In case you didn't know, "Nimbus note" is no longer compatible with recent version of Android...
But yes that was my question. Workspaces need a mobile version to ease collaboration and notifications for members.
I'deed, it's a huge pain point for us too. I bought 10 codes, but we can use it efficiently as we don't spend our time in front of desktops. Could you please make something available for mobile? It's a priority I think.
When I talked to Pavel, I requested him to prioritize certain features in the mobile app vs. creating a full fledged mobile version of the whole platform. AI agents would be a priority feature in the mobile app I think as we will all likely use a lot of them.
I can definitely concur with the issue that Client Portals do not open on most iPhones, and only some Android devices are fine with Client Portals opening like a website but not practical for interactions.
Interesting answer, 'fully moible compatible' yes, for very old (before 2022) vesions for Android and IOS. Hopefully we will see this app modernise in 2026 on mobile devices as most people communicate on a mobile phone.
