I just recently saw the new Reseller offer & am wondering how this relates to or affects my current plan. I've tried messaging, submitted a support ticket, and tried responding to the email I got announcing the new plan. However, I haven't heard back...

Heres what I'm wondering:

1. If I join the reseller program, what happens to my current Multistreams organization with the $19.99/month grandfathered White-label plan? (I've been paying every month since February 2022)

2. If I switch to reseller and it doesn't work out, can I return to my current grandfathered pricing?

3. Will my existing workspaces, data, and configurations be preserved?

4. Is there a "hybrid" option where I can trial the reseller program without losing my current benefits?

5. If I were to switch to the new reseller plan, do I get any credit for my past payments?
